Atty. Ma. Luzy B. Torres of IBP Camarines Sur (CamSur) Chapter presents video and slides of Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) and other Bicolandia region's tourist spots and hotels to the 19th Board of Governors. IBP Bicolandia Region is vying to host the 13th National Convention of Lawyers.
Central Luzon Region also presented videos and slides of Clark Freeport Zone and Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
